These are the terms for using this website and the Cosys Store. They are website terms only: work we do for clients is governed by its own signed agreement, and nothing here changes it.

Using cosys.ca means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

What this site is

Information about Cosys Information Corp and our services, and a store for the products and courses we sell. The information pages are not advice, and nothing on them is an offer to contract.

Our content

The text, design, code and materials on this site belong to Cosys Information Corp or our licensors; the site design is used under a commercial licence. You may read, share and quote with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale or pass our material off as your own.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to this site. We rate-limit and monitor for abuse. Responsible security disclosure is welcome, and we would rather hear from you than not: info@cosys.ca.

The Cosys Store

Products and courses in the Store are described honestly and priced as shown at checkout. Some items are delivered by our partner vendors under their own licence terms, which we show you before you buy; your use of those items is governed by the vendor's terms alongside these.

Payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see your card details. If something you bought is wrong, tell us at info@cosys.ca and we will make it right or refund you as the law requires.

Accuracy

We keep this site current and correct to the best of our ability, but we do not warrant that everything is complete or error-free at every moment.

Links to other sites

We link to vendors, standards bodies and partners. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Cosys is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
